Ryan Meyer, Co-Creator
Ryan is a recent graduate of NYU/Tisch School of the Arts where he trained with the Atlantic Acting School and the Experimental Theatre Wing. He is currently co-creating a Christmas comedy show set to perform at the Wild Project on December 15, and preparing to play Lysander and Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream with Cue For Passion Collaborative in January. This summer he was seen performing on the High Line in Exploded Shakespeare's production of As You Like It (Orlando), and at the Unchained Theater Festival in the professional premiere of The Donner Party: A Country Musical (George Donner). Tisch credits include Troilus & Cressida (Nestor), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (El-Fayoumy), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Bottom), Middletown (Cop), Columbinus (AP), and Grown-Up One-Acts by Shel Silverstein (Sherwin/Mr. Wills). He is based in Ridgewood, Queens

Gerard Ramm is thrilled to be a collaborator in Under God’s Tongue. He is a graduate of Columbia University where he helped create theatre in a variety of artistic contexts. His previous roles include CB in Dog Sees God, Gaev inThe Cherry Orchard, Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Man With Scar Tissue in Marisol, and Detective Voss in The Physicists. In addition to acting, he pursues playwriting, music, and Dhegiha language learning. He is a proud member of Present Company Theatre Collective. He currently resides in Jackson Heights.
Gerard Ramm, Co-Creator

Katie Looney is thrilled to be working on Under God's Tongue. She has recently been seen in Guns, A Cabaret (La Mama and 54 Below), Political Snorts (La Mama), both directed by Liz Swados, and Uncommon Women (Stella Adler Studio) directed by Katherine Carter. This spring she will graduate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she studied physical theatre at the Stella Adler Studio and experimental theatre with Kevin Kuhlke in Amsterdam. She is ever grateful to her family, friends, and spirit animal.
Katie Looney, Co-Creator

Addie is thrilled to be collaborating with this fearless team. She was last seen in Woodshed Collective’s open house performance and their immersive series ‘Empire Travel Agency.’ Addie began devising theater with Madeline last summer, when she co-created and performed ‘Homage’ in Madeline’s East Village apartment. She graduated from NYU Tisch, where she trained at the Playwrights Horizons Theater School and Stonestreet Film Studio. Addie is so thankful for her trusted, supportive family and friends. She continues to write, read short stories, make little movies, and sleep in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Adriane Moreno, Co-Creator

Alexandra Lenihan is honored to be a part of the cast of Under God’s Tongue. She is a graduate of Tisch School of the Arts at NYU where she studied Acting at Atlantic Acting School, Stonestreet Studios, and The International Theatre Workshop. Theatre credits include Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Atlantic Acting School, The Great Big Xmas Show at The Wild Project, which she also co-directed and co-produced, and Homage under the direction of Madeline Bugeu-Heartt. TV credits include I Killed My BFF on the Lifetime Move Network. She’s grateful to Madeline for continuing to create art that challenges actors and audience. Hi Mom!
Alexandra Lenihan,

Tomas recently finished his final year at NYU where he was lucky enough to work with amazing directors such as Eugene Ma, Shanga Parker, Anders Cato, and Kate Whoriskey. His NYU credits include: Sonny (In the Heights), Billie (Childhood), Joshua/Cathy (Cloud Nine), and Ned (Pre-Existing Condition). Tomas is very pumped to join this talented group of actors and creators. Since graduating Tomas has begun to work with voiceover so this show has arrived at a great time for him. Tomas is very excited to go on this journey and to create with a wonderful ensemble. Thank you to his mother and father for their constant love and support.

Madeline is honored to be working with the creative force that is the UGT family. To bring this otherworldly tale to you, the divine audience, thrills her. Madeline most recently conceived and directed Homage, an immersive piece about the paranormal and America’s obsession with celebrity. She is grateful to have studied at NYU Tisch and to have worked with New York -based theater companies The TEAM, Theater Reconstruction Ensemble, and Theater Mitu. She feels blessed to have found a home amongst the NYC artists "living on the margins of society." Thank you to my wonderful family for filling me with hope, supporting me, and for teaching me how to work hard for dreams. Thank you to the extraordinary cast for inspiring me daily with your dedication and fearless creativity. I am in awe of you all.
Madeline Bugeau-Heartt, Director

Mariah Bailey, Producer
Mariah is finishing up her last year at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and is extremely excited to be working with the brilliant cast and team of Under God’s Tongue. Mariah has produced many independent projects within the NYU community, as well as Off-Off Broadway productions and showcases. Besides live arts and theater, she also has experience in television and digital media production. She’s worked with independent artists as well as established companies such as Red Shirt Entertainment, Eye On It Studio, TWELVE18Media (as well as audioHIGH and Celebrity Sound Off), Bungalow Media & Entertainment, HIPZEE and Nan Fisher Entertainment. She feels incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such incredible talent and opportunities on a daily basis and is amazed by the work and dedicated of UGT's cast and crew!

Nikolai is currently in his third year at the Experimental Theater Wing of NYU Tisch. He has worked as a sound designer/composer for many projects at NYU and around the city. He also acts, writes, and directs. You can see him as Orpheus in the upcoming production of Eurydice at the Playwrights Horizons Theater School. Or you can see his newest concert play Distortive Ascent as part of the Downtown Urban Theater Festival at HERE Arts in May.
Nikolai Mishler,
Sound Designer

Elizabeth Stewart is a New York based lighting designer in her final year at NYU Tisch's Department of Drama. Past shows include The Secret Garden (NYU Tisch Drama StageWorks), Every Night & Sometimes Twice (BAX Upstart Festival), Workplace Professional (The Grey Room), -Ness (NYU/Tisch/Experimental Theatre Wing), Open 4 Biz (ETW), Hamlet (NYU GAP Show), and Marisol (StageWorks). Elizabeth is currently an Associate Consultant for Charcoalblue LLP. Upcoming projects: Legally Blonde (Tisch New Studio on Broadway), and Tall Trees in a Dark Forest (Tisch/Playwrights Horizons Theatre School). Evangeline is a performer/writer/maker in her second year at the Experimental Theater Wing of NYU Tisch. She is also currently producing Much Ado About Nothing with Shakespeare in the Square NYU. Her passion for innovative new work has led her to all corners of theatre arts and she is incredibly grateful to Madeline and everyone involved with UGT for this most wonderful experience.
